While food does not hold the spotlight here, you’ll definitely love this Greek themed movie. The movie is centered around Toula Portokalos a Greek American woman who is 30 and currently unmarried, a taboo for her family. She has lived all her life embarrassed by her family and decides to go to college and work for her Aunt’s travel agency, after she meets eligible bachelor Ian Millar, when they decide to get married Toula learns to embrace her family’s wild side as they plan a big fat Greek wedding!
